When working out with your Fitness Coach they will:

Build a program focused on YOUR goals (everything is individualized to the specific person)
Coach you through your session making sure that every repetition you perform is safe and effective (we stress safety and results!)
Utilize all forms of equipment and exercises that will keep you having as much fun as possible while working out (at The Rush we teach such a large, diverse amount of exercises using the top of the line equipment that you will never be bored!)
Progress your program routinely for constant results (most people workout the same way all the time, which yields results in the beginning, then the body plateaus! Our Fitness Coaches will constantly keep your body guessing by changing your program systematically so it has no chance to plateau!)
